After two preliminary rounds, four finalists were selected to compete and participate in the master class given by Clara Rottsolk on March 1, 2020. Students were required to submit one classical selection and one piece by Oscar Hammerstein for this year's competition. Sierra performed Fair Robin I Love from the opera Tartuffe by the composer Kirke Mecham and All The Things You Are by Jerome Kern & Oscar Hammerstein.
